Kristen T. Lucas

Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer

Kristen Lucas brings over 15 years of industry experience to Fairport serving in leadership, business development and marketing capacities. She is integral in the construction and coordination of the firm’s practice groups and played a prominent role in the development and launch of Luma Wealth Advisors.

She joined Fairport in 2003, serving in a variety of client-facing service roles, providing her with an intimate understanding of our clients and their families. She is known for producing the creative educational and social events that have helped shape Fairport’s strong community culture. She spearheads the annual philanthropic program, Fairport Community Beacon, that engages employees and clients with local non-profits through sponsorship, volunteerism and awareness.

Kristen graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Allegheny College and holds a bachelor’s degree in English. Crain’s Cleveland Business named her to the 2019 “40 Under 40” class. She is an alumnae of the YWCA Greater Cleveland’s professional leadership Bootcamp and was recognized by the YWCA as a Distinguished Young Woman in 2018. Passionate about finding a cure for diabetes, Kristen has fundraised over the years for the local JDRF and ADA chapters. Currently she is a member of the Stepstone Advancement Committee and the Kids Book Bank External Committee.

Kristen and her husband, Jeff, live in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, with their daughter. Her hobbies include reading, live music, cooking and spending time outdoors with her family.
