Jocelyn A. Maldonado

Operations Analyst

Jocelyn Maldonado handles most day-to-day operations within Fairport Wealth, further developing our relationships with outside vendors and custodians. Jocelyn enhances the team by assisting in the client onboarding process, as well as handling all billing, reports and accounts receivable and payable.

Prior to joining us in December of 2021, Jocelyn was working with Stratos Wealth Partners as a lead operations analyst, where she was the point of contact for over 300 financial advisors and 225 support staff. Her experience with Orion and Salesforce has made for a smooth transition to Fairport Wealth.

Jocelyn earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Cleveland State University in 2019. She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys reading, traveling and learning new things. She spends most of her time outside of work with her family and close friends.
